The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!
This role is part of the Zebra Custom Solutions group, also referred to as CAG, which is responsible for designing and developing custom solutions for the printer product portfolio. CAG has an unwavering commitment to building products and solutions that are secured by design, in use and through partnerships with customers throughout their lifecycle. CAG excels at developing solutions that prioritize the customer at every stage from conception to deployment, ensuring the highest level of protection for its Customer/Partners and Zebra.

Responsibilities:
- Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
- Increase technology knowledge and skills
- Develop team-based work proficiencies
- Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN LINCONSHIRE, IL AND/OR LINCOLN, RI . THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Computer Science or related discipline
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Phython, Java, or C++
- Basic knowledge of object-oriencted programming (OOP)
- Any previous project work, whether academic or personal, that demonstrates your coding and problem-solving abilities
- Must have an anticipated graduation date between May 2025-December 2026
- Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze problems and develop logical solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members
- Abililty to work well in a team environment and contribute to group projects
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
