Position Summary: Responsible for sales production and customer retention for the Inside Sales & Account Managers
Primary Accountabilities:
Management (45%)
Motivation, encouragement, guiding, coaching, and training direct reports.
As appropriate, nominate ISR & IAM for Senior designation.
As necessary, work with HR to develop and document individual Performance Improvement Plans and/or Corrective Action Plans
Drive recruiting and interview process for new team members.
Develop OKRs for the team based on alignment with broader Healthcare OKRs.
Work with direct reports on the development and alignment of their OKRs
Periodic scheduling and hosting of team training, meetings and 1:1
Complete Workday duties for direct reports
PTO/FTO management
Documentation of coaching with direct reports (year-end coaching and merit process, when appropriate)
Day-to-day operational oversight with a main focus on the performance of each employee of the Inside/Off-site team
Administrative (25%)
Implement policies and directives of HLT and ELT
Planning of team needs (i.e., proper personal alignment and prospecting sheets).
Administrative responsibilities
Continued individual professional development (i.e., company-offered training, required readings)
Education of Best Practices for Call Center Sales and Call Center Account retention/client success.
Expense management
Maintaining an accurate Salesforce database of clients and prospects.
Special projects assigned by leadership
Sales (30%)
Drive Revenue in the team
Lead sales efforts with high-value clients
Develop relationships at all levels for high-value clients.
Schedule and present regular Business Reviews for high-value clients
Ensure Business Reviews are completed for accounts in the region.
Develop individual ISR sales plans.
Coordinate with the Business Development team on compliance solutions sales efforts.
Periodic updates to leadership (i.e., MBR, Monthly Product Updates, box counts)
Provide support and assistance to the Healthcare team
Serve as an internal sales resource to the Healthcare team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5-7 years of experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
