SUMMARY:
Under general direction of the Manager – Customer Master Data, responsible for handling and coordinating the loading efforts of customer information; ensures the accuracy for the customer set-up as well as customer contracts.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for account setup and ongoing maintenance activityfor AB/Cencoracustomers.
Responsible for managing product access and eligibility forAB/Cencoracustomers
Interacts with all levels of the organization for requests related todelivery, programs and services, contracts, sales, finance, CSMP,and corporatedepartments.
Supports the efforts for collecting, validating, and proactivelicensure renewals ensuring regulatory compliance for customerand facility licensing which includes Federal DEA, State Board ofPharmacy, State Controlled Substance, and State MedicalDevice.
Assists with Total Issue Resolution for issues that involvecustomer master settings and maintenance. This includes pricing,substitution, invoicing, customer eligibility, and pricestickers.
Responsible for following approval process for business-criticalfields such asCOGs.
Has complete ownership of the customer file and all componentssuch as contracts/PVAs, routing, program compliance, pricing,substitution setups,etc.
Ensures data integrity of customer setup, pricing, contractinformation
Implements and runs the audit processes for customer profileinformation; generates and analyzes reports for all key customerfields such as substitution programs, pricing fields, chain id, ownerid, business types and parent/childrelationship.
Conducts daily maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain dataaccuracy in varioussystems.
Creates and produces reconciliation and auditingreport.
Utilizes CRM system to track maintenance and new accountrequests.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONREQUIREMENTS:
Requires broad training in fields such as businessadministration, accountancy, sales, marketing,computer sciences or similar vocations generallyobtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’sdegree or equivalent work experience.
Normally requires a minimum of three (3) years relatedand progressively responsible experience; minimumtwo (2)years experiencewith Cencora orlike company in customer service, customermaintenance, or administrative position.
SAP experience required.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITYREQUIREMENTS:
Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and attention todetail.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and inwriting.
Good analyticalskills.
Working knowledge of standard Microsoft productivitytools
Demonstrated history of operating in a professional mannerwith customers or otherassociates.
Excellent analytical skills relative to data analysis and dataauditing
Excellent customer service skills, proven track record of detail-oriented problem solving, trouble shooting, and followup
Demonstrated ability to workindependently
Preferred knowledge of drug distribution industry or theCencoraorganization.
Experience using ERP Systems and Salesforce or other CRMsystems
