We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Sales Administrator (Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm) at our headquarters in Santa Maria, CA. The Sales Administrator assists with projects and activities related to the selling and marketing of our products. Key duties include approving customer quotes, renewing annual pricing contracts, processing requests for samples, catalogs, and literature; creating and maintaining literature packet supply. Managing time properly and prioritizing responsibilities to complete day-to-day tasks is essential as is exceptional skill in written and verbal communication. Advanced level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as previous related experience strongly preferred. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma/GED.
