We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Account Manager Executive within the machine vision sector that will be responsible for the T&L (Transportation & Logistics) and Retail verticals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically expanding our customer base, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth for our cutting-edge machine vision products. If you have a wealth of experience in complex sales environments, a deep understanding of machine vision and/or automation technologies, and a passion for exceeding targets, we want to hear from you.
This remote role must reside in the US, in the eastern timezone and will require up to 50% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving business needs, and providing strategic solutions using our machine vision products.
- Develop and execute sophisticated sales strategies tailored to high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales cycles, utilizing your experience to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
- Develop comprehensive account plans for key clients, outlining long-term objectives and strategies for sustained growth.
- Maintain a leadership position in understanding industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the machine vision sector.
- Leverage your market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with technical support and customer service teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of B2B technical sales experience in machine vision and/or fixed industrial scanning technology
- Must have experience selling into Retail, Transportation & Logistics verticals
- Must reside in the US, in the eastern timezone. ~ 50% travel to be expected.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of machine vision technologies and their applications
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic sales approach with the ability to demonstrate value to the customer
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas

Salary: USD 110700.00 - USD 166100.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
