JOB SUMMARY (added February 2024)
Provide ongoing support and consultative services to strategic network partners with a focus on increasing their MTM performance and supporting any OutcomesOne™ paid solutions.
- Build collaborative and strategic relationships with network partners at assigned organizations.
- Prepare and analyze reports for assigned network partners, including requesting data or custom reports as needed.
- Maintain frequent communication with partners related to platform and program changes while anticipating impacts to partner operations.
- Analyze organization performance data to drive insights, strategy, and recommend best practices to improve.
- Ensure day-to-day needs are met and appropriately delegate tasks to support associate.
- Independently leads complex projects impacting the team or network with only general guidance.
- Independently assess and triage any suspected or reported issues, while being responsive to partner concerns
- Applies comprehensive knowledge to solve problems and complete tasks independently.
- Coordinate and lead weekly or monthly performance review meetings with assigned organizations. Coordinate and lead onsite meetings with organizations as required
- Responsible for team processes, including developing and maintaining policies and procedures
- Navigate and support contracting, implementations, and/or integration with partners as needed.

- Healthcare experience strongly preferred

Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum years of work experience: 5 years, healthcare and account management experience preferred
- Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience in account management. PharmD optional but not required.
