The SAP Business Analyst will plan, coordinate, and guide the utilization of SAP business software in support of corporate activities related to Sales and Distribution, and Service Management. Provide configuration and business application support for the SAP system in the assigned area(s) of expertise.
** Candidates must have experience with SAP Sales and Distribution, and Service Management modules. Candidates without experience with these modules will not be considered. **
Your collaboration
- Evaluate and advise management on the appropriate utilization of SAP to achieve integrated business communications that improve overall corporate operations
- Review, develop, and support the implementation of SAP solutions to meet future corporate needs.
- Develop processes, recommend changes, and coordinate training that will ensure a core knowledge base of SAP super users to provide for the effective use of the core existing product, and preparedness for future needs.
- Support and integrate efforts directed towards enhancing the use of existing SAP modules to maximize business efficiencies.
- Configuration of SAP in SD and SM modules and overall coordination support for the configuration of the other installed SAP modules.
- Understand Swisslog business practices and how to integrate those business practices into SAP.
- Act as a technical liaison between the IT department and the SAP end-users.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Your competence
- Bachelor’s degree in CIS, computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years SAP SD/SM configuration and support experience in an ECC environment.
- Demonstrable troubleshooting skills including understanding of SAP system/configuration issues and approaches to resolving those issues.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable, but not Essential:
- Understanding of the ITIL framework (Incident, problem, change)
- Experience in a SAP S/4HANA environment
Target salary range for this position is $84,000 to $100,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical / dental / vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
