This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 3+ years of Health plan, Pharmacy or PBM experience, including client management
- 3+ years of experience with issue resolution
- 2+ years of experience with an understanding of Rx claim and /or pharmacy claim processing
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word (ability to create, modify and send documents), Microsoft Excel (ability to create, modify and send spreadsheets), Microsoft Access (ability to create, modify and send databases), Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create, modify and send presentations) and Microsoft Visio (ability to create, modify and send data)
Soft Skills
- Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
- Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
