Under the direct supervision of a Supervisor and in collaboration with senior team members and Client Service Team, the Representative in Brand Promotions performs detailed work of an analytical and customer-service nature to clients on day-to-day paper and digital coupon settlement operations.
General Accountabilities:
- Works in coordination with Client Service Team to resolve issues, develop procedures and establish guidelines.
- Serves as client service representative for assigned client accounts.
- Coordinates the reporting process and ensures the integrity of clients' reports while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Manages Family Code responsibilities as assigned.
- Works closely with supervisor and other team members to performs special projects as required to maintain client accounts (for example, conversions, de-conversions, research projects)
Manufacturer Specific Accountabilities:- Interprets the data contained in reports and processes and draws conclusions from the data. If applicable, communicates conclusions to the client, highlighting key findings.
- Manages minimizer analysis, pay decision set up/changes and data base maintenance and forecast reviews.
- Acts as subject matter expert to clients and Client Service Team members as needed to educate and train clients on the coupon (paper/digital) industry, as well as Inmar specific tools (led by Inmar Trainers as needed) and processes.
- Responding in coordination with Client Service Team as applicable to ad hoc inquiries relating to promotion evaluation or transaction settlement
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree preferable
- 3-5 years related work experience in an inside sales capacity and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.
- Ability to concisely explain complex concept to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to professionally handle client issues
