Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including picking, packaging, and shipping of orders.
Maintain materials, supplies and equipment on the production floor as well as perform all other assigned duties by the supervisor.
Lead assigned team in the day-to-day warehouse activities (including but not limited to working in the refrigerated Biobox as assigned by the supervisor).
Assist material handlers with issues that arise during production, assist in replenishment of workstations stations as appropriate and lead clean-up activities at the end of the shift.
Lead training activities with new hires and ensure that material handlers are following the SOP’s. Retrain material handlers as appropriate.
Lead startup stretching activities and assist supervisor in preparing the material handlers daily production assignment boards.
Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
