Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, compound and dispense medical prescriptions. May perform some clerical duties. Receive and store supplies, verify stock, and maintain inventory records in computer system. Contribute to the efficient operations of the Pharmacy.

Qualifications Minimum Education
X High school diploma or equivalent X Required
X Pharmacy Tech training X Preferred
X Associate's Degree X Preferred
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications:
X CPhT - Pharmacy Technician Certification X Preferred
Licenses:
Current Pharmacy Technician Registration in the State of Georgia.
Minimum Work Experience
Three (3) years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
