What will you do in this role?
The Director Project Management PMO will lead and structure governance standards to guarantee the successful implementation of large cross-functional projects. This role involves working closely with leadership teams to prioritize and deliver strategic business initiatives efficiently. As an experienced leader, develops and structures governance standards ensuring the successful delivery of large cross functional initiatives. Provides oversight and strategic direction to allocated project team members to ensure quality and timely delivery of project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in the selection and prioritization of projects.
Develop governance standards for large-scale initiatives.
Coordinate project team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Implement process improvements and strategic development.

Qualifications:
BS degree in Organizational Management or related is required, MS degree in the same areas or an MBA is preferred. 8+ years of project management experience and understands how to run projects in a CRO or complex environment.
CRO Experience Is Preferred.
Business consulting background is preferred.
Proficient in PM Methodologies.
Extensive experience in cross-functional project management.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Scrum methodologies is preferred
Expertise in formal organizational change processes is preferred
