Job Description
Job Summary: Eurofins BPT Columbia is seeking a Scientist I to join their Biologics Raw Materials team on a part-time basis. The individual will work 3 days per week supporting the lab in scientific testing of raw materials used in Cell and Gene Therapy products.
- Strong skill sets and experience in bioassay techniques including multiplex ELISAs with ECL endpoint
- Strong background in biochemistry and/or biology.
- Experience with GMP Familiarity and/or experience in a laboratory setting is required.
- Working knowledge of a laboratory information management software is an asset.
- Ability to conduct work efficiently, analyze data to ensure accuracy and report quality data.
- Require good problem solving, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or other related degree concentration and 1 year of industry experience.
- Master's degree and no experience may be substituted
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship
