Under the supervision of the Policy Manager, the Rx Policy Pricing Representative is responsible for ensuring the NDC pricing is accurate through extensive research and is entered correctly in our systems. The Policy Pricing Representative must be detail-oriented, organized and a creative problem solver. This position requires attention to detail, ability to research multiple sources, collaboration with team members and timely completion.
This hybrid position requires the associate to work from the Winston-Salem, NC or Grand Prairie, TX office 3 days a week.
Primary Accountabilities
Operational:
- Assess data from various sources to gain insights into pricing strategies.
- Update pricing in the database as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any pricing discrepancies.
- Proactively respond to policy-related pricing requests and inquiries via Salesforce.
- Proactively respond to general pricing-related requests and inquiries via Salesforce.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all communications and requests in Salesforce.
- Participate as a member of cross-functional teams, providing policy-related expertise.
- Build interdepartmental relationships and collaborate with other departments to improve communication and processes, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Manage and complete time-sensitive research, thoroughly documenting findings in Salesforce.
- Respond promptly and professionally to clients, both internal and external, within the specified SLAs.
- Perform special assignments or projects as assigned, including completing at least one Yellow Belt project annually.
Analytical:
- Understanding and applying the multi-faceted policy SOP’s to each incoming case, utilizing analytical skills to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze the impact of pricing discrepancies
- Identify opportunities for improvement in all areas of the policy processes, procedures and as a team overall
- Utilize strong Excel, Google Suite and Salesforce skills in order to provide high quality analysis and support to internal and external clients
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field preferred, but not required depending on experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in pricing.
- Experience in data management and analysis, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred, can be obtained upon hire.
- Knowledge of Google Looker preferred
