What you'll need?
- Dynamic and engaging personality
- Goal-orientated, ambitious mindset
- Ability to lead a fun, productive, aspirational environment
- Supervisory experience (2 years required)
- Outbound Telesales experience required
- Pharmaceutical Sales experience a plus
- Leadership and coaching/development skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and Multi tasks priorities with strong follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma or equivalent
What you’ll do:
- Manage a team of professional Inside Sales Representatives, through implementing sales growth initiatives
- Through leading, coaching, and developing team members, you will concentrate on achievement of sales quotas, and objectives.
- Monitor and manage key performance diagnostics
- Assist with staffing plans, conducting interviews, and participating in hiring process/decisions

- Fort Lauderdale, FL
- Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm
