Account Executive (Entry Level Sales) - Greater Tampa Bay
Account Executives wear many hats and are provided with hands-on training in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Business Development, Recruitment, Client Retention, Contract Negotiation, and so much more!
Sales:
Although this is a 'Sales' position, you aren't selling a product! Instead, you're "selling" yourself as a career advisor, you're "selling" our jobs, and you're "selling" our services to facilities we help staff. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong drive to learn, grow, and succeed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and multitask.
- GRIT - This is a 'Sales' job!
- Previous experience in sales, retail, property management, hospitality, logistics, or customer service is favorable.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development - Build relationships with potential clients & close contract deals
- Source, screen, and submit healthcare and education professionals to our client's job openings
- Post our client's jobs online.
- Recruit healthcare and education professionals via phone, email, and social media.
- Assist credentialing and payroll with obtaining secure documents from your candidates.
- Build relationships with healthcare/education professionals and manage their work assignments
Paid Training:
We have collaborative teams that focus on the training and development of our new colleagues, so previous experience in healthcare, education, or recruitment is not required. Those with experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, business development, retail, logistics & supply chain management tend to excel in this role ** Bachelor's degree is required **
