We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics team as a Technical Team Lead, focusing on Delphix Administration. This resource will be an individual contributor.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data and database management, data masking, data virtualization, automation, and proven hands-on expertise administering the Delphix tool.
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the Delphix tool, with a focus on building and supporting PHI data masking pipelines, delivery of masked data to stakeholders, as well as acting as a subject matter expert to support data masking and data virtualization initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multiple stakeholder teams to understand masking data requirements and design efficient PHI masking and data virtualization pipelines.
Build and maintain scalable and robust solutions using Delphix, ensuring data availability, accuracy and integrity.
Serve as a solutions architect, designing and implementing masking solutions that meet the needs of the Product organization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, provide data and pipeline execution insights, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
Optimize and tune Delphix processes for performance and efficiency, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
Support existing and build new data pipelines using ETL tool (Informatica) and Snowflake
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality and data integration.
Collaborate with other teams within the Enterprise Data and Analytics department to ensure alignment and consistency in data management practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong understanding of data management concepts, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing data masking solutions.
Proven experience (at least 5 years) in hands-on Delphix administration, database management systems, ETL development, APIs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in creating supporting documentation, including data dictionaries, entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), and data flow diagrams (DFDs), to ensure clear understanding and efficient communication of data structures and relationships within the organization.
Experience with SQL and relational databases, including the ability to write SQL queries, optimize database performance, and ensure data integrity.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
