The Digital eXperience Group (*/dxg) PMO team is looking for an
Senior Technology Project and Program Manager to support projects that cut across
/dxg product delivery organizations and departments. You will be part of a global change leadership program and supporting program initiatives that ensure excellence and empower all of /dxg to be the best in driving faster, more efficient customer-facing innovation for Wolters Kluwer. You Will report to the Director, Technology Project & Program Management
Responsibilities:
- Support global change projects related to Agile practices and the software development lifecycle. This may include specific aspects of product development that */dxg is aligning on, for example DevSecOps.
- Work with other project managers to align dependencies, risks, critical path and milestones
- Regular collaboration with senior peers on program status and risks
Requirements:
- BS or MS degree in computer science or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of (technical) project management experience, with a focus on Agile Methodologies, such as Scrum, Lean Startup and the Scaled Agile Framework
- 5 years working in an international, cross-functional, team-based environment
- Ability to effectively communicate decisions and their rationales to stakeholders and project teams
- Passionate about latest trends in the IT industry with a strong desire for innovation
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, written and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MS Office and web development tools from Atlassian
- Collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $112,000-$156,650
