Quality Assurance Technician

This position reports to the Quality Assurance Manager. The position is responsible for assuring that the drug product(s) produced or planned have the safety, identity, quality, purity & testing evidence required for compliance.

Essential Functions:
- Perform in-process and finished product lot acceptance sampling and inspection.
- Perform label printing and issuance.
- Support Sales Team with labeling process and creating product samples for marketing trade shows.
- Encode CUBIX & RFID labels.
Experience and Necessary Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to assume responsibility and act on own initiative.
- Excellent self-management, organizational and planning skills. Detail oriented.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and procedures.
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Hands- on approach with a "can-do" attitude
- Ability to be fluid and adapt to business needs and changes.
- Knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control preferred.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods when required.
- Must pass an eye exam confirming 20/20 near vision corrected (with contacts or glasses) or uncorrected
- Must pass an eye exam confirming the ability to accurately perceive color

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
