Job Description
As a Talent Partner at Omnicell, you will act as a strategic advisor, collaborating with hiring managers to drive the full-cycle recruitment process. Your role will focus on sourcing high-quality candidates, delivering a positive candidate experience, and working closely with business leaders to meet strategic hiring goals. You'll bring innovative solutions to attract top talent and help evolve recruitment strategies, ensuring that hiring efforts align with Omnicell's goals for growth and diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business units, from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and leveraging various recruitment channels.
- Strategic Partnership:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them on market trends, talent availability, and candidate profiles.
- Work with business leaders to understand workforce needs, crafting and adjusting recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Candidate Experience & DEI Initiatives:
- Lead efforts to ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, emphasizing transparency, timeliness, and feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers to integrate diversity and inclusion into the recruitment process, actively seeking to diversify talent pools.
- Data-Driven Decisions:
- Utilize data and metrics to assess recruitment performance and propose improvements. Provide hiring managers with actionable insights to guide their hiring decisions.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports, offering insights into trends, challenges, and solutions.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously refine and innovate recruitment processes, incorporating new technologies, tools, and practices to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to streamline workflows and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
- Employer Branding:
- Partner with the Recruitment Marketing team to develop and execute employer branding strategies that attract top talent and communicate Omnicell’s value proposition.
- Actively promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice through networking and outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS, and HRIS tools.
- Strong understanding of market trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions.
- A passion for creating an inclusive and diverse workforce.
- Experience with recruitment marketing tools and employer branding initiatives.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, etc.) to enhance recruitment processes, including candidate engagement, job description creation, and sourcing automation.
