- Plan and implement new equipment monitoring in the SmartVue application for Biobank, CBL, and UK sites.
- Lead data migration projects across different LIMS systems and automate data handling tasks for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with laboratory and clinical teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and align data infrastructure with laboratory workflows.
- Ensure that all LIMS databases and related infrastructure comply with industry regulations (e.g., GxP, HIPAA) and internal data governance policies.
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement best practices for optimization.
- Create and maintain documentation of data engineering processes, workflows, data models, and system architectures.
- Continuously explore new technologies and approaches to improve data management and integration within the LIMS environment.
Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
