Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Examines pharmacy equipment and facilities for wear and function.
- Initiates repairs and maintenance to facilities and equipment.
- Performs on-site repairs to facilities and equipment whenever possible.
- Procures replacement equipment as necessary.
- Researches alternate methods, equipment and cost savings/improvements.
- Under the direction of the manager, hire outside contractors for performing local service at the pharmacies. Supervises work of contractors.
- Travels to CAPS pharmacies to perform or aid in the completion of projects.
- Designs cleanrooms, equipment, and facilities.
- Initiates and manages preventative management (PM) program for the CAPS pharmacies.
- Research and implements improvements to pharmacies.
- Manages projects related to new facilities and facility improvements.
At higher levels of this position:
- Assists other CAPS departments as needed to meet company priorities.
- Ensures the pharmacies are in compliance with Federal and State (Board of Pharmacy) requirements in regards to facility design and cleanroom performance.

- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 02-04 years related experience required.
- Regular and predictable attendance
