Summary: To maintain accurate inventory levels. To prepare requested month end reports pertaining to inventory levels and transactions.

Responsibilities
Ordering and balancing cycle counts. Maintaining accurate inventory as needed, making adjustments as necessary. Overseeing inventory balancing. Maintain plant obsolescence inventory. Running inventory reports when needed. Receiving (JDE) of raw materials Coordinate and supervise all physical inventories. Prepare Finished Goods and Raw Material Report weekly. Prepare month end reports for Accounting:
- Month End Resin
- Sample
- Outside Warehouse Inventory
- Finished Goods and Raw Materials Reserves
- Coordinate Zone Cycle Counting Program
- Prepare monthly Scrap Pounds Report
- Prepare inventory reports to the Sales Staff as requested.
- Prepare Special Project reports.
- Run and maintain "obsolete/slow moving inventory" report, report comments and coordinate "slow moving inventory". Follow up on final disposition of that inventory. .
- Adjust physical inventory levels as directed or as needed.
- May be asked to do other job duties.
- Verify travelers, run edit report, date, shift, order numbers and quantities are correct.
- Reconcile production for Molding and Printing
- Process transfers and adjustments
- Correct conveyor error report
- MTS error report
- Maintain DCLINK error report
- Assist the Warehouse in any special projects
- Coordinate cycle count program

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Education And/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of warehouse and/or inventory experience preferred. Basic computer skills.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Use of mathematical skills in spreadsheets desired.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
