Pharmacy Clerk supports or leads those who are performing various duties related to the fulfillment of prescription orders. Including any or all of the following: unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, and related supplies following state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures. May compound medications using appropriate components, supplies and sterile/ventilated environment. Process, pack and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring drug, related supplies and patient collateral (education materials) are included. May also perform drug/supply ordering and inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product, monitor and adjust/calibrate pharmacy equipment, fill dispensing units.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work the shift schedule, 8-9 hour shifts Monday – Friday between the hours of 5:30am-3pm, with the potential for varying OT
- Inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product, monitor and adjust/calibrate pharmacy equipment, fill dispensing units
- Daily box preparation work
- Create or fix any shipping labels as needed
- Bring packages to shipping, Mail, and Courier as needed
- Monitor prescription drug inventory within pharmacy computer system
- Receive inventory and ensure accurate product receipt
- Assist with discrepancy resolution
- Maintain proper storage of prescription drug inventory
- Perform cycle counting activities and complete order processing
- Process, pack and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring drug, related supplies and patient collateral (education materials) are included

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Ability to work 8-9 hour shifts Monday – Friday between the hours of 5:30am-3pm, with the potential for varying OT
- Ability to work in office at 8131 W Bostian Rd, Suite A350, Woodinville, WA 98072
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of working in a warehouse or supply chain inventory environment
- 1+ years of cycle count experience
- 1+ years of experience operating a forklift
- 1+ years of applied experience of 9 key and Microsoft Excel
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
Washington Residents Only: The hourly range for Washington residents is $16.00 to $28.27 per hour .
