Title: Technical Support Scientist III
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 12 Month
- Responsibilities:
- The worker will be working in the systems engineering group in transfusion R&D as we develop a new high-throughput diagnostic system.
- The worker will be working with a team to identify issues with current design to hit our requirements as we push the instruments as a customer would.
- A multidisciplinary background would be helpful, as troubleshooting will likely include software, electrical, mechanical, fluidic, optical, vacuum, consumable, commodity design and how they interact with each other.
- After identifying issues, we will relay appropriate information to subject matter experts and work with them as a solution is identified.
- The worker will likely use the system as an end-user would (or develop scripts to test certain subsystems) and will investigate issues as problems happen.
- Tech Support III: Bachelors + relevant experience 2 - 3 years of experience is required.
