Web Development and Marketing I is responsible for creating and managing organic social media content including new product launches, thought leadership, assisting with and supporting the strategy of organic social media content, including the publishing process. This role will work closely with the global and regional social media teams to ensure alignment and consistency in execution of the overall global social media strategy The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented culture. This position will contribute to build Zebra’s brand awareness, promoting thought leadership, and supporting the content strategy goals of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs social media content management activities within tight deadlines to meet project goals and objectives
- Becomes intimately familiar with content requests asking questions and looking for feedback where needed
- Works to ensure timely turnaround of requests by collaborating with teams and working with various marketing technology tools such as JIRA
- Analyzes and evaluates content metrics to ensure reach and engagement, focusing on what works
- Proactively generates ideas, handles multiple assignments, pays close attention to detail and meets short turnarounds and deadlines for requested tasks
- Collaborates with broader social media, External Comms and Marketing teams to measure and report performance of all content against goals
- Identifies trends and insights, and suggest optimizations
- Supports other key marketing efforts as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Technology, Media/Journalism or related field
- Must be able to work hybrid schedule in Lincolnshire, IL (3 days in office/2 remote)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using visual tools like InDesign, Photoshop, or Canva and social media management tools like Sprinklr, Sprout or Hootsuite a plus

- Ability to work within matrix organization, with direct and in-direct management
- Tolerance for business ambiguity; the ability to thrive under quickly changing situations; adaptable, with ability to meet short turnaround times
- Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at one time
- Technically savvy and able to troubleshoot within content management systems and online web tools

Salary: USD 52400.00 - USD 78600.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
