Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
The administrative assistant position will provide key administrative support and clerical supervision to the department and perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities.
Essential Functions
- Provides direct administrative support including but not limited to phone coverage, calendar management, expense reporting, and paper routing/tracking.
- Handle business travel and hotel reservations.
- Coordinate executive meetings, telephone conference calls and departmental meetings as well as meetings with external parties.
- Prepare simple to detailed presentations for internal and external use.
- Coordinate special projects, project tracking and project document management.

Qualifications
Education
- High School or GED - Required
Work Experience
- 2 years or more in Administrative - Required

- Must possess advanced administrative skills, - Intermediate
- Excellent organization, interpersonal and time management skills - Intermediate
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Advanced
- Must have discretion to handle confidential and time sensitive information. - Intermediate

Specialized Knowledge
