- Availability to consult in design sessions for existing or onboarding programs
- Perform maintenance and operation department procedure revisions
- Collaborate with fellow colleagues and clients regarding process efficiencies
- Work closely with the Learning and Development team to assist with creation of training materials
- Produce comprehensive, easy to follow, consistent in format written operational procedures that align with our company's standards and program requirements

Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical hub procedures, including financial assistance programs.
- Familiarity with regulations surrounding different health insurance types (Medicare, Commercial, Reimbursement plans, Other Government, etc.)
- Availability to work varying shifts (weekdays and weekends) with hours anywhere from as early as 6 a.m. to as late as 8 p.m.
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office applications: SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook, which includes the ability to create, modify, edit and send documents, spreadsheets and emails.
- Proficient in handling multiple projects and tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service related complex issue resolution and relationship building preferred
