Description
The Analyst, Quality Programs/Promoting Interoperability (QPPI) will serve as a subject matter expert to customers and internal staff by providing expertise to the complexities of quality programs and promoting interoperability programs. The analyst will work closely with customers to provide education related to recommended build on quality programs and promoting interoperability requirements. In addition, the analyst will work with various groups, including the Healthcare Policy Initiatives team, to obtain education on quality programs and promoting interoperability requirements, provide input into best practice workflows, and ensure successful implementation and servicing of MaaS customers.
As a member of our QPPI team, your job would involve:
- Maintaining an advanced level of expertise on quality programs and promoting interoperability requirements, tools, reporting, and legislation
- Guiding, educating, and preparing customers for any requirements for quality programs and promoting interoperability requirements, including review of workflow to meet measures, build and mapping recommendations, and other considerations
- Developing knowledge of the key functionality and points of integration between the MEDITECH applications to support quality and promoting interoperability requirements
- Collaborating with customers and certified consulting firm project managers on quality and promoting interoperability project planning and helping the customer define organizational priorities, goals, and objectives
- Developing educational resources for customers related to implementation of build and workflows for requirements including written documentation and articles, e-learning tutorials, webinars, and hosting customer round tables
- Maintaining regular scheduled contact with customers through status calls and webinars at scheduled intervals
- Collaborating with internal resources to provide guidance related to implementation methodology related to best practices for workflow and reporting
- Developing internal educational resources for implementation staff including written documentation, articles, e-learning tutorials, in-person presentations, and webinars
- Collaborating with content groups to ensure quality programs and promoting interoperability documentation and standard content align
- Participating in industry forums to gain a deeper understanding of the quality and regulatory programs
- Working with MEDITECH project management and application resources to define, coordinate, and ensure completion of project milestones
- Utilizing ALM, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Project Management tools and best practices to track, update, and ensure project deadlines are met
- Working closely with MEDITECH's application and project management groups to coordinate customer and internal resources to collaborate with Health Information Exchanges, Healthcare Information Service Providers, and Public Health Reporting Agencies
- Traveling 15% of the time, anywhere within the United States and Canada.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred, and/or 2-3 years applicable work or military experience
- Regulatory knowledge and experience
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks or projects at a time
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Requires minimal supervision on program research and education
- Experience with MEDITECH clinical applications and related workflow is desirable
- Presentation and teaching experience desirable
- You may be required to show proof of vaccination when traveling to a customer site unless you have an approved medical or religious exemption.
This is a
hybrid role which includes a blend of in-office and remote work as designated by the management team.
