Join our team as a Manager and lead a group of remote recruiters in US Operations, working closely with senior leaders to fulfill hiring needs and promote a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and build recruiter proficiencies, drive accountability and alignment to SLAs, critical metrics and compliance
- Build relationships with hiring leaders and HR business partners to deliver on targeted sourcing and branding strategies that fulfill hiring needs
- Proactively forecast impact of market, economic, demographic trends that influence talent attraction and hiring strategies
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to assess and continuously improve performance, efficiency, and capability
- Introduce new and/or improved methodologies for attracting, assessing, and selecting the best talent for the business
- Guide recruiters and managers to deliver insightful market research and intelligence to our business that provides industry trends, market news and key talent insights
- Drive alignment across the TA functions to ensure consistent practices, processes and solutions
- Build deep, balanced networks and communities of diverse talent across industries and geographies
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of innovative full-cycle recruiting experience in large, complex organizations, preferably in the operations environment
- 2+ years of people management experience within a strategic Talent Acquisition function
- Experience leading a remote team of recruiters
- Strong development, execution, and implementation skills with a proven ability to successfully develop recruiting programs
- Experience in crafting and encouraging positive relationships, with a proven track record of effectively interfacing and influencing at all levels within an organization.
- Experience independently balancing multiple concurrent tasks and priorities
- Experience in positively leading through complex change
