Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing efforts in the ophthalmology sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ophthalmic products and services and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to promote ophthalmic products and services.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the ophthalmology sector.
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.) to increase product visibility and generate leads.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertisements, ensuring they align with brand messaging and objectives.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation within the ophthalmology field.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies, sales tools, and training materials to support their efforts and drive sales growth.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources and maximizing return on investment.

Qualifications:
