We have an exciting opportunity—the person we select for this role will play a key part in Azurity’s digital transformation! We are in the building phase of growing our digital to meet the future growth of the organization. This is a hands-on role and the expectation is that the incumbents will on occasion need to roll up the sleeves and take matters in their own hands.
Principle Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-level Active Directory service for global initiatives following through to implementation via collaboration with project and support teams
- Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment
- Serves as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems working 11:00 AM IST to 8:00PM IST (Hybrid)
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
- Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory and third-party software utilities for hardware systems within company operational guidelines
- Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps
- Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation
- Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations
- Strong understanding of O365, MS E3, E5 License
Required Educations, Skills, And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (accredited school) or equivalent with emphasis in computer/information science or information technology
- Defining and managing standard secured server and laptop configurations
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure
- Very strong working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) including AD based DNS
- Comprehensive experience with enterprise multi-forest infrastructure models
- Building servers and virtual machines in compliance with established practice.
- Extensive knowledge of client / server operating systems (Linux, UNIX, and Windows), backend infrastructure services and networking, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), certificates, and their impact on Active Directory Experience in Microsoft SCOM, SCCM and Microsoft Hyper-V or Quest backup systems
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication and authorization in particular
- Able to work in project teams, under pressure, facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communicator, able to engage and effectively respond to diverse stakeholders
- Basic understanding of Azure AD / IAM processes part of the Microsoft cloud
- Willingness to participate in on call
- Fluent in English
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Business or IT consulting experience, especially related to business and systems Digital transformation initiatives.
- Project management experience and certifications.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications.
- Software deployment experience
- Three years Meraki experience
- 3 Years AD experience
- 3 years Mobile device security using Intune.
- 4 years vendor management
