This position is fully remote for Texas and Ohio.
Hours of work would be 10am to 7pm Central Time.

Job Description:
- The responsibilities of this position consist of answering inbound calls/ emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members which can result in providing an answer at that moment, additional research within the internal systems or triaging with other departments regarding PBM contracts or payments.
- It will also require outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, returning voicemails left for the department and partaking in call campaigns.
- Representatives are expected to provide timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and efficient resolution to issues.
- This position requires excellent communication, customer service, time management and follow-up skills
- Answering inbound calls and email requests from existing Health Mart Atlas pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations and reimbursement issues.
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members including contract updates, industry news and trends.
- Once tenured in role, serve as a dedicated representative to assigned chains or buying groups.
Minimum Requirements:
- Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
