The position contributes to Zebra's success by delivering business insights based on deep analytical research that optimizes and guide’s needs, actions, and performance. In addition, the role serves as a key contributor in innovating our technology and enabling self-serve insights to drive next actions through leading projects as a Product Owner of Zebra’s Sales Technology Stack
- Will work onsite on a hybrid basis in our Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY location on a Hybrid schedule. Will consider candidates in the Toronto area.
Responsibilities:
- Identify issues and gather data to analyze and develop key insights to market (size/trends/structure), business and operational performance for Sales Programs
- Develop hypotheses on opportunities to improve performance (productivity, effectiveness, investment realignment and ROI) and our overall strategy
- Provide executive-ready PowerPoint slides and content to support next actions and areas of focus
- Define and lead development of content for Global Management Dashboard, Scorecard, and Strategic Planning sessions
- Lead and manage Technology capability enablement to drive growth and productivity
- Hands on performing product owner responsibilities in addition to the managing the product owner teams
- Support the development of the roadmap and enablement plan for analytics and technology including cross functional initiatives
- Own the governance process for prioritization of new enhancements and features
- Will supervise a small global team
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or similar
- 8+ years of experience in commercial operations running analytics and technical projects
- Supervisory experience managing a virtual team
- Business Process Mapping and Business Analyst Experience
- Understanding of the Salesforce.com and connected sales tools eco-systems nice to have
- Critical business problem solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills

- Ideal candidate will be located in Central or Eastern US timezone
Experience in planning and deployment of sales tools on a global basis including cloud-based solutions like SFDC

Salary: USD 117700.00 - USD 176500.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
