The Enterprise Information Security (EIS) team is responsible for cybersecurity across our organization. We support our business and members by reducing risk, rapidly responding to threats, focusing on business resiliency and securing new acquisitions.

Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate business requirements and prepare the detailed functional and technical specifications that follow project guidelines
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure requirements and design are completely understood
- Communicate design to all stakeholders at varying levels of the organization
- Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
- Work closely with business teams to strategize solutions that support long term business objectives
- Ensure IT deliverables align with business requirements with measurable results
- Configure Aravo tool as an administrator in dev environment, deploy changes in UAT and production
- Help with QA activities to ensure testing efforts align with system deliveries and business processes
- Collaborate with support team to ensure timely and proactive help to general user population and solution owners

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, IT Development or IT Support
- 3+ years of experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) /System Development Life Cycle
- 3+ years of experience translating business requirements into a detailed system specification
- 3+ years of experience mapping data from web services or database to user interface
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile environment
- Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- System administrator experience with Aravo or RSA Archer GRC systems
- Experience working with test plans and test cases, building automated test scripts
- Experience working with Programming languages
- Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile methodology

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
