Brief Description
The Position:
We believe a successful sales team makes connections with its customers and creates long-lasting relationships. As a Business Development Representative for Keycentrix, your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through cold calling and email activities. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until conversion. This position will require working closely with the Sales team members to boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Serve as Keycentrix’s professional representative when dealing with customer communications, via phone, email, etc.
- Possess strong knowledge of Keycentrix products and services to identify customer needs when qualifying them
- Document sales activities through CRM software
- Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner when necessary
- Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, persistence, and professionalism to be able to ask for the next meeting with Regional Sales Manager.
- Apply a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all customers. Be able to establish a positive rapport.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers
- Work both independently and as a part of the Sales team to advance opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Experience in medical, pharmacy or software sales is a plus
- Consultative sales approach and relationship-driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Goal oriented and takes accountability for results

Requirements
Education or Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively
- High level of alertness, concentration, accuracy, and time-management
- Able to maintain a stationary position for prolonged periods
