Your role at Baxter
The Digital Solutions Operations Manager is a commercially oriented leadership role in our Global Digital Health organization. This leader will serve as the primary liaison between Baxter’s Digital Health team, business units, and our commercial teams to build and maintain a commercialization program for our Digital Health product offerings across our Acute and Chronic portfolios.

This position reports to the Vice President of Digital Enterprise Management in the Chronic Business of Baxter Kidney Care.
What you will be doing
Key member of the Global Enterprise Management team responsible for connecting commercial teams and building standardized tools, processes, and resources that enable Vantive to execute on its digital strategy
Develop and lead regular communication channels with a broad range cross functional working groups to ensure alignment and build best practices in how we support the sale, contract, and delivery of our digital products and services
Develop partnerships and create direct channels with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Services to develop feedback loops that inform how best we build and enhance our digitally related commercial tools
Build and maintain a digital collateral repository and manage how we communicate and supply this information to key stakeholders throughout the organization
Work with our regional teams to track our pre-sale and post sale digital funnel and create metrics that help track revenue, identify growth opportunities, and determine resource allocations
Build and distribute a regular set of reports to the appropriate leadership and working teams to evaluate and measure ongoing progress and successes from various business initiatives

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years related experience.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 to $187,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
