JOB DESCRIPT
IONWorking closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and IT teams, Sr. Manager, Sales and Operations Planning is responsible for development, refinement and execution of the S&OP process to help plan and fulfill customer demand while optimizing internal processes and cost. This role is also responsible for assisting with creation and maintenance of financial, commercial and operational models to help with planning and execution. Additionally, this role will work closely with Sr Manager, Customer Excellence to assist with Fleet tracking, management and leveraging insights relevant to S&OP proce
ss.
Responsibilit
- ies:Ownership of S&OP process for Advanced Solutions BU, including responsibility of coordinating across functions to improve forecast accuracy, inventory availability and fulfilment of customer demand in accordance with internal and external
- SLAsCreate and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and S&OP proce
- ssesOwnership of demand planning model and capital planning process in conjunction with Sr. Manager, Customer Excellence and Analytics to continually refine the model and improve accuracy of forecast, including capex ne
- eds Develop financial/statistical models to optimize safety stock while ensuring OTIF (On time, in full) metric is above acceptable thres

Qualifications and Requirem
- ents:BS/BA, MBA with a focus on Supply Chain, Transportation or a comparable field highly preferred or equivalent level of experi
- ence.Minimum 7+ years of experience with leadership of S&OP proc
- essesIn-depth logistics/forwarding experience in Life Science, Pharma, Healthcare, Medical Device industry sectors pref
- erredGood understanding of various systems and integrations including ERP, WMS, data warehouse e
