Summary:
Responsible for performing in depth analysis of Cencora customer purchasing and dispensing data in order to identify potential diversion activities, and to provide recommendations to the Cencora Diversion Control leadership team to prevent potential diversion and mitigate the risk to Cencora as well as other compliance related matters as assigned.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzes customer purchasing data of controlled substances and listed chemicals to identify patterns and trends which may be indicative of potential diversion
Generates tactical intelligence information and reports for the diversion control team to utilize when evaluating customer ordering behavior
Conduct comparative analysis of outside data received from customers, such as dispensing data, against Cencora's internal data to detect irregularities
Identifies potential customers of interest for further due diligence investigation and continued monitoring
Manages the key components and design elements of the Order
Monitoring Program to ensure the continuous functioning of the program as intended
Supports all other aspects of the Diversion Control Program (DCP), including, but not limited to routine suspicious order reporting to DEA, regular data review and customer visits of high exposure accounts
In coordination with Cencora's legal department, assists with assembling and providing responsive data and information to satisfy official requests from local, state, and federal authorities. (DEA, FBI, OIG, FCPA, etc.)
Develops and monitors strategic intelligence relative to geographic drug abuse trends to be utilized in developing DCP responsive actions
Performs related duties as assigned by CSRA management

Strong statistical skills, preferably with a post-secondary degree
Ability to take initiative consistent with internal direction and regulatory guidance
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Excellent logical, analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions; ability to resolve associates issues effectively and efficiently
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficient with analytic software platforms such as SAP
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Requires travel as necessary
