Position Summary:
As a member of the Healthcare Sales Team, the Inside Sales Manager is responsible for sales and customer service activities within an assigned territory or prospect list. Sales responsibilities include prospecting and up-selling Rx Returns and Compliance Solutions.
To be successful in this job, you must be an energetic and hands-on individual with a successful track record in both phone sales and account management. This customer-focused role provides an opportunity to grow professionally in a healthcare sales career.
Primary Accountabilities:
Perform outbound cold calls to generate leads and sales opportunities; receive, respond to and/or re-direct inbound calls, as appropriate
Schedule meaningful sales appointments to promote Inmar’s Rx Returns and Compliance Solutions offerings; effectively present to and close sales opportunities to hospital and independent retail pharmacies
Utilize innovative networking skills to drive pipeline development at the client’s decision-making level
Manage client sales presentations and contribute to developing the sales strategy
Interface with customers on a professional level, handling concerns and providing education on all services and regulatory compliance issues
Prospecting and up selling products and solutions to the current customer base
Perform miscellaneous administrative duties; emails, phone calls, CRM updates, follow ups, as needed
Required Qualifications:
Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2 or more years of experience in phone sales and account management; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the job responsibilities
Experience within a Pharmacy or Healthcare facility, a plus
Intermediate experience in all Microsoft and Google product suites
Salesforce or other CRM- based tool experience preferred
