What you will work on
- Demonstrate a very strong understanding of how the product works (technical
- understanding) and the problem it solves in the market (think: What do they do today
- and how does our product help them)
- Demonstrate high level of skill and product knowledge while communicating with
- technical representatives to explain API docs, answer questions about UAT, and support
- the launch process.
- Conduct client discovery calls with sales representatives.
- Scope detailed technical integration solutions that take the customer’s hardware, software, and process needs into consideration.
- Lead the presentation of our product(s) to customers, investors and others.
- Support the sales team during the sales process and with all technical related queries.
- Strategize with the sales team to create customized solutions.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Support the development team during testing, post-installation follow-ups, and bug fix efforts.
- Answer technical questions posed by customers and potential customers on product capabilities.
- Complete other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Previous work experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role.
- Familiarity with business hardware and software systems.
- High-level communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create big-picture software solutions.
- Ability to influence others and present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
- Great attention to detail.
- Sales experience.
- Experience in health care is highly valued but not required.
Physical Requirements
- 90% desk and phone work.
- 10% travel across DrFirst and customer locations in the US.
