Moog, Inc. is looking for an
Associate ERP Process Analyst – Material Handling.
Moog Corporate and Aerospace & Defense (A&D), has embarked on an exciting ERP transformation journey that will take us from our legacy, custom ERP system to an SAP S/4HANA solution set. This will be a multi-year project, and this role will be working on the Material Handling team to design, build, test, deploy, sustain, and innovate S/4 across all sites. The strategy is to develop a standard template that will be configured to the size/complexity of individual sites.
The purpose of this business-focused role is to assist with gathering business requirements, liaising with site based Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and developing an integrated scalable solution. This individual will aid in the consolidation of site-specific business requirements, identify and test improved business processes, support master data cleansing, support training of system users and stabilization efforts post go live. This role requires significant communication and influencing skills for collaboration and teamwork across Moog.
Here's what to expect on a day-to-day basis:
- Aid in designing “To Be” standardized processes that can scale both small operational sites and large operational sites.
- Learn & understand key operational metrics and pain points of the business
- Support the creation and development of process maps and business process reengineering with the objective of finding how they can be improved to minimize today’s pain points.
- Aid in documenting Moog’s A&D business processes and workflow documents & communicate to Group and Site Leadership stakeholders.
- Aid in documentation & communication of functional requirements to the technical teams
- Aid in developing test scripts for functional requirements
- Serve as a change leader to champion the new system and business processes
- Assist in the development of training materials and plans for end users
- Assist in identifying current-state baselines and target performance metrics for the future state to achieve business outcomes
- Serve as intermediaries between the SAP technical team and business sectors to align business requirements with IT capabilities
- Support the post-implementation strategy for continuous process improvement and governance
Here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Typically, a bachelor’s degree desirable or equivalent progressive work-related experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
- 5+ years professional work experience; with at least 2 years’ experience at Moog or similar company
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in respective area of business processes
- Basic understanding of ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, energetic, change agent and self-starter
- Demonstrated ability to communicate succinctly with all levels of the organization and experience in working with external consultants/organizations – both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
The base pay range for this opportunity is $76,876.80 - $125,673.60 per year.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
