Sales Support Specialist
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Classification: Non-Exempt

The Sales Support Specialist is crucial in supporting our Sales Team and aligns directly with our strategic objective to maximize organizational growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will focus on completing administrative support that reduce sales professional’s non-selling activities enabling our sellers to concentrate on revenue-generating tasks to support our growth objectives.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
•Customized Reporting: Develop and deliver customized reports tailored to the needs of our large customers, providing essential insights to bolster sales and grow revenue.
•Commissions Process Management: Take full ownership of the commissions process, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of commission reports to the sales team.
•Sales Support: Assist strategic sellers with administrative tasks such as responding to support requests, logging tasks in Hubspot, and managing complex orders to allow them to focus on selling.
•Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Excel for data mining and financial analysis, maintain and audit weekly and monthly sales reports, and recommend improvements to reporting systems.
•Document Management: Manage and process documents using Word and DocuSign, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of important sales materials.
•Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing multiple tasks, coordinating sales support activities, and ensuring smooth operations across the sales team.
•Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
•High school diploma or GED (accredited)
•4 years of relevant work experience, particularly in sales support or administrative roles using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, MS Dynamics to provide reports, analysis and data management. Hubspot experience preferred. ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Navusoft, etc) also a plus.
•Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
•Strong proficiency in Excel and proficiency in Word and DocuSign
•Exceptional organizational abilities and effective communications verbally and written.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
•Able to work an agreed upon standard schedule
•Additional hours as job duties demand
TRAVEL - OTHER
•Travel to domestic Trilogy facilities when necessary (less than 10%)
•Must have a current, valid driver's license
•Able to be insurable under our company's liability insurance policy
WORK ENVIRONMENT / CONDITIONS
In-Office Role
This position is based in our Houston office, requiring daily attendance during business hours. Potential to work remotely one day per week with sustained strong performance.

•Light physical activity required, including handling objects under 30 pounds.

•Able to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time
•Able to speak and communicate proficiently
•Routine physical exertion: standing, walking
