Job Description

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Global Brand Manager to lead and elevate the Eurofins Consumer Product Testing (CPT) brand presence on a global scale.
Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing CPT, located in Singapore, the Global Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, drive brand awareness, loyalty and contribute to overall business growth. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to achieve common objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Brand Strategy and Positioning
- Formulate and implement a global brand strategy for B2B and B2B2C segments, aligning with company objectives and addressing unique audience needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency, communicating compelling brand stories for resonance.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging for B2B and B2B2C segments, aligning with company values. Monitor trends, adjust positioning, and implement a robust differentiation strategy for sustained competitiveness.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for B2B and B2B2C segments to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership. Develop tailored creative assets, advertising materials, and digital content.
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships, collaborating on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and mutually beneficial activities to expand brand reach within industry networks.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive video marketing strategy, creating high-quality content showcasing product features, testimonials, and brand values, optimized for diverse platforms to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message.
- Leverage influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Implement lead generation strategies through branding efforts.
Brand Performance Analysis
- Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives in both B2B and B2B2C environments.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager with a global perspective , including experience in both B2B and B2B2C marketing.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in marketing, digital media, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
