Operations Specialist /Operations Field Specialist
Reports to: Facility Manager
Classification: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY
The Operations (Field) Specialist supports the facility manager in all day-to-day aspects of operating the business. The individual will help organize schedules, manage payroll and personnel databases, create reports, and offer other clerical duties.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
•Helps organize schedules, manage initial payroll and personnel databases
•Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as drivers labels and weights
•Handles all dispatching functions daily, such as routing and organizing drivers’ routes
•Generate monthly waste volume reports
•Maintain inventory levels of critical supplies and recording expenses for monthly tracking
•Handles customer requests, complaints, and services
•Handles initial quote forms and service agreements for customers
•Maintains relations with drivers and operations staff
•Monitor driver compliance and generate reports as necessary
•Maintains customer relations as needed
•Responsible for initial payroll duties and employee time off requests
•Responsible for staff expense report logs
•Support operations in the management of Navusoft
•Ensures all end of month duties are completed in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
•Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred
•Minimum of 2 - 3 years administration work is required
•Minimum of 2 - 3 years of managerial experience is preferred
•Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite is preferred
•Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments
•Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
•Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
•Able to work an agreed upon standard schedule
•Additional hours as job duties demand
TRAVEL-OTHER
•Travel to domestic Trilogy facilities when necessary (less than 10%)
•Must have a current, valid driver's license
•Able to be insurable under our company's liability insurance policy
