Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Plans, prioritizes, and manages technical service activities for the HITS team; prioritizes tasks and assigns team members to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively.
- Select and develop a team of service engineers and technicians to ensure that installations are completed on-time, within budget, and according to customer requirements.
- Develops, evaluates, and reviews technical service procedures and standards; monitors the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieves timeliness, reliability, and customer satisfaction standards
- Researches, evaluates, and recommends new equipment and tools to enhance the capabilities of the team.
- Responsible for coordinating resources during escalation scenarios involving implementations and continued support of electronic health record software integrations between B. Braun software/devices and customer EHR solutions

- Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
- Represents the organization as a prime contact on projects and departmental operations. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on issues often requiring coordination across organizational lines.

Qualifications

Required:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience, Master's degree preferred.
- 08-10 years related experience required.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Occasional business travel required
