Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Compensation Analyst t to join our corporate compensation team. Responsibilities include analyzing current organization pay practices and making recommendations for changes to ensure equity and competitiveness; conducting job analyses to determine appropriate salary levels and advising management on compensation actions; participating in salary surveys and analyses and working to ensure job descriptions accurately reflect job duties; reviewing proposals for new or revised classifications to determine salary grade assignment while serving as the compensation COE within the HRIS system; assisting in developing incentive plans; training employee-partners on compensation administration; and providing consulting support on hourly production wage scales.

- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
