We’re a young, dynamic, technologically progressive, and rapidly growing logistics company in the pharmaceutical delivery space in search of a Logistics Coordinator to support our Atlanta, GA area customer.

What is the Pay?
$45,000-50,000 Per Year.
When Would You be Working?
Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Duties
- Scheduling drivers for routes
- Interaction with customer and internal operation employees in the field.
- Coordinate deliveries, ensuring clients’ delivery times are met.
- Ensure compliance with all customer requirements.
- Facilitate an adequate pool of independent contractor drivers for deliveries.
- Prepare reports for clients and company management.
- Daily assigning of drivers via eCourier software.
- Weekly meetings with operations to review service levels and quickly implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct business meetings with Independent Contractors (IC’s) when necessary.
- Recruitment of new vendors (IC’s).
- Covering open shifts as needed due to emergency situations or business needs.
- May be required to work non-traditional hours (e.g. on-call or weekend work).
- May be called upon to deliver routes in emergency situations when the driver is not available.
- Some travel between different work sites may be required (you will receive mileage reimbursement).
You're a Perfect Fit For This Position if You Have..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A combination of industry knowledge and management experience (preferred).
- A strong and assertive personality for a pharmacy role.
- Previous management and customer service experience (1 year).
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to fulfill tasks from beginning to end and identify where follow-up is required.
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to track multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Consistent adherence to corporate and departmental policy and procedure.
- High School diploma or equivalent - This is a must.
- Ability to lift 0-50lbs.
- Ability to work with others as well as independently.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office suite, email, and eCourier (a plus).
