Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Alameda, CA
Duration: 6+ Month Assignment
100% Onsite
Type of Work the candidate will be doing: will be working in artwork and labeling department, working with the Project Manager to create labeling of materials, instructions, etc., working with a cross-functional team and an Artist coordinating information NOT designing.
Qualifications
- Advertising BG, exp w/marketing brochures, was mentioned.
- Adobe Acrobat is a plus
- Good writing and proofreading skills
- Good organizational experience in a methodological way to keep track of projects and due dates.
- Very detailed oriented
- Ability to communicate with cross functional teams for input.
- MS Office suite w/Excel being mentioned is required.
Skills Needed: Good writing and Proofreading skills, Editing, familiarity with Terminology and the creating process for layout and design, must be quick, willing to multi-task, Project Management or Coordination is highly important.
Technical Skills Needed: MS/Adobe Acrobat is a plus
A background in advertising, exp w/marketing brochures, editing & proofreading, artwork, event signage is helpful.
