Description:
Under moderate supervision, Fluid Bed Processing Operator III is responsible for safely operating the Fluid Bed Processor equipment and to ensure operations are completed in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance. Also responsible for providing guidance to Operator levels I and II.
Essential Functions:
- Complete knowledge of Fluid Bed Processing equipment operation, which includes steps from Pharmacy department into Fluid Bed Processing equipment for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) blending, then transfer back to Pharmacy department, then to Pharmacy department to continue on to Mixing and Granulation.
- Complete knowledge of material processing as per batch record process, including being technically sound in dew points, temperature controls and Cubic Feet per Meter (CFM). Will deal directly with (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Coating
- Expert on process of Fluid Bed Processing and measuring of pellet particle size by using Sievec-analysis machine
- Perform batch record completion 100 % accurate, online and provide to next department/ Q.A. audit on time.
- Responsible for proper data entry in all log book
- Must be proficient in all essential functions of Operator level I and II

Qualifications
Education:
- High School or GED General HS Curriculum - Preferred
Experience:
- 5 years or more in With HS/GED- Experience in Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing environment.
- 6 years or more in Less than HS/GED -proven related experience in Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing environment
Skills:
- Required to read, write, and communicate in English - Intermediate
- High school level math and mechanical skills - Intermediate
- Flexible to work extended hours when required - Intermediate
- Ability to work as part of a team - Intermediate
- Attention to detail and accuracy - Intermediate
Specialized Knowledge:
- Minor adjustment and troubleshooting of FBP and GLATT equipment
The hourly base salary for this position ranges from $23.00 to $30.00. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of base salary that Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting.
